Cementos Argos\u2019 capital structure, strengthened by the transaction with Summit Materials and subsequently Quikrete, enabled a reduction in gross debt of 4.4 trillion pesos since December 2023, reaching net leverage of -5.1x EBITDA as of December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The rating is also supported by Cementos Argos\u2019 market leadership position in its core operations, while increasing profitability and achieving a 25% EBITDA margin in 2025.
