At Argos we are committed to transparency.
In order to comply with our Code of Business Conduct, we set up a Transparency Hot Line which was specially designed to serve as a communication channel with our Compliance Department and for reporting all those circumstances that could indicate improper conduct of those who engage on the part of Argos and which are governed by the guidelines defined in the Codes of Good Governance.
The Transparency Hot Line is an efficient channel for reporting questionable actions and activities that may arise in the course of business. It also serves as a consultation tool for anyone who has concerns about our transparency and ethical conduct so that they may express their opinions freely, whether they wish to give their names or not.
The channels were designed to report events that impact or could impact the Organization and its compliance with applicable legislation as well as that set out in our Codes of Business Conduct and Good Governance. All inquiries or complaints are treated with strict confidentiality, objectivity and respect and no retaliation of any kind is permitted.
